Learn skills necessary to provide a safe and fun-filled babysitting experience. Participants must be of age to obtain certification. Bring a bag lunch, beverage, paper & pencil. Instructor: Angie McDonald
Archery - Ages 10-16 Learn the basic skills required for this traditional sport. Proper technique will be taught as well as basic bow shooting and target skills. Equipment supplied. Instructor: Pete Miller
Ballroom Dancing - Ages 8-16 Classes will focus on three American-style smooth dances and four American rhythm Latin style dances. Techniques for posture, leading, following and basic dance partner movement will be taught. No partner necessary. Instructor: Luanne O’Brien, Integral

Fun & amazing science experiments hands-on, promoting teamwork, use of measurements and recipes. Session 1 projects include CSI fingerprinting, shoe prints, ice cream taste testing, test your senses. Session 2 projects include: elephants toothpaste, hands-free egg shelling and shaving cream art. Materials included. Instructor: Sara Howell
Build awesome robotic models featuring working motors and sensors. Work in teams under guided instruction to build and program Lego models. Robot samples: crane, windmill, venus fly trap. Instructor: Snapology If you would like to stay all day and register for both Robotics courses, bring your lunch and PTARC will provide lunchtime supervision!
Robotics: Lego Battle Bots - Ages 9-14 Can you build the strongest and most agile robot? Can your robot win in head-to-head combat? Learn basic strategies for building sturdy structures and apply that knowledge to build your robot for friendly competition. Instructor: Snapology

Girl’s Field Hockey Clinic - Grades 5-12 Basic skills will be reviewed and taught. Scrimmages will take place. All ability levels will learn something new. Please bring shin guards, mouth guard and water. Sticks and balls provided. Instructor: Cindy Dutt
Reduce & Reuse - Grades 4-6 Did you know that the average American produces 4 1/2 lbs. of garbage every day? In a fun and interactive manner we will focus on why we need to reduce and reuse; ways to reduce the amount of trash and reuse it in a creative way! During each class we will complete a craft by reusing items we would normally throw away! Instructor: Natalie Reese

Tweens to Teens Yoga - Ages 11-14 A special yoga class just for teens and tweens! Easy yoga poses help build strength, focus and confidence while teaching a positive method of relaxation after a stressful day. Bring water and a yoga mat. Instructor: Liz Farneth
Beginning Knitting - Ages 10-16 Learn the basics of knitting; cast-on, knit stitch, purl stitch and cast-off. Students will knit a purse with yarn of their choice! $8 materials fee payable to instructor at class. Instructor: Sally Holbein

SAT Preparation-Math - Ages 14-18 Sharpen your mathematics and reasoning skills to prepare for the SAT. Develop techniques to improve performance.
