SENIOR ACTIVITIES

Senior Card Club Ages 50 & up

Join old friends and make new ones while playing some friendly games of cards. Group will select daily game to be played. Beverages and morning pastries included.

Location: D Best Sandwich Shop, Penn Crossing Plaza
Day & Time: Tuesdays, 9:30-10:30 am
                     First 2-week session: March 9 & 23 OR
                     Second 2-week session: April 13 & 27 OR
                     Third 2-week session: May 11 & 25
Fee: Penn Trafford School District residents $6, Non-residents $7
Limit: 20 participants per session

Pilates Lite - Ages 50 & up

An easier, gentler beginner class to help you learn how to gain core strength, accentuate your posture, improve balance and agility. Please bring mat & water bottle.

                     First 6-week session: Tuesdays, January 12-February 16 OR

Senior Stretch & Strength - Ages 55 & up

An easy, move at your own pace approach to improving strength and flexibility needed in daily living! Geared for the novice, this program is designed for men and women.
