PRE-SCHOOL ACTIVITIES

The Dance Academy: 1st Steps Ballet & Tumble - Ages 2-4

Build on your child’s natural fascination with dance, tumbling and movement. The instructor will assist your children developing coordination, balance and confidence in a fun and relaxed environment.

The Dance Academy: Ballet 1 - Ages 3-5

Introduce your pre-schooler to ballet. Age appropriate music, basic steps and movement fundamentals will be combined with simple choreography. End the program with a short performance. Wear comfortable clothes.

The Dance Academy: Tumble & Move for Mommy & Me - Ages 18 months-2 years

Parents play along with their children as they explore body awareness and movement, learn skills for basic acrobatics and have fun with music, movement and dance! Wear comfortable clothing.

Parents play along with their children as they explore body awareness and movement, learn skills for basic acrobatics and have fun with music, movement and dance! Wear comfortable clothing.

The Dance Academy: First Two Steps Ballet & Tumble - Ages 3-4

A continuation of the 1st Steps Ballet & Tumble. Participants will expand upon known moves to further challenge and practice balance & coordination. Must have completed 1st Steps Ballet & Tumble previously.

The Dance Academy: Playdate with Miss Beth - Ages 3-5

Gather your friends and enjoy a customized playdate afternoon with Miss Beth. Ballet and a small dance, parachute, balance beam and tumbling included. Register as a group or individually. Miss Beth will contact you to schedule the date and time.

Junior Olympian Karate Fitness - Ages 4-6

Have fun, hone motor skills, develop proper stretching techniques, physically strengthen muscles and develop full body coordination in this fun karate program.

Itsy Bitsy Yoga - Ages 3-5

Help tame tantrums, encourage better sleep, improve digestion, provide relaxation techniques, promotes motor skills and starts your child on the path to a healthy lifestyle! Parent participation helps deepen the parent/child bond. Bring a yoga mat and favorite stuffed toy.
