Friends of PTARC is accepting nominations for the 2008 FACE awards. The Friends Award for Community Excellence, FACE, is awarded at the gala each year to the individuals, community groups, businesses, projects or teens who have contributed to the betterment of the Penn-Trafford area through recreation.
