Antiques Appraisal - Ages 18 & up Bring your old, family heirlooms to discover if they are valuable or just family treasures! Zumba! Aerobic Fitness - Ages 16 & up Zumba is a fusion of Latin and international music that is high energy, motivating and fun! Dance routines feature aerobic fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body. Wear basic dance sneakers. Yoga - Ages 18 & up Energetic, mixed level, flow-style class for beginning and continuing students interested in cultivating greater awareness, endurance and strength.
