Friday, March 2, 2012, Beer Tasting: Friends of PTARC invite you to our Second Annual Beer Tasting. Each course is served with an accompanying craft beer.
Friday,  April 27, 2012, Oldies Dance: Come out for an evening filled with good food, good music, good company and fun!
Scholarship
College scholarship offered to PTHS students who are children or relatives of Friends of PTARC or PTARC volunteers, or students who have volunteered for these organizations themselves. Read more

SUMMER PLAYGROUND POSITIONS AVAILABLE
Love kids? Playground director positions available at locations throughout the Penn-Trafford School District.11:00 am-3:00 pm, Monday through Friday, June 11 - August 3, 2012. Applications available at the PTARC Offices in the Penn Township Municipal Building, Harrison City, PA Call 724-744-2171 ext. 204 or 205.

PTARC/SHELLEY PROSKIN RECREATION CENTER -- Route 130 & Murrysville Road, Level Green. Large multi-purpose room seating up to 149 and full kitchen. Available 9:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m., Sunday through Thursday, and 9:00 a.m. - 11:00 p.m., Friday & Saturday, for parties, showers, celebrations, meetings, meals, speakers! May be partitioned into 2 or 3 separate rooms seating 75 or 50 each. Click here for more information about our facilities available for rent.

PTARC (Penn-Trafford Area Recreation Commission) is a nonprofit, intergovernmental organization providing residents of the Penn-Trafford School District in Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania, with the opportunity for life-long learning, fitness, and fun through wholesome, affordable, recreational activities and safe, appealing facilities.
